Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located right at the foot of the archeological pyramid with the Church on top, Nuestra Senora de los Remedios, offering a unique setting for exploring the Cholula ruins and the church. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. However, the dining options were limited, and the noise level was a bit high at times.
The hotel's rooms are nice and quaint, although they lacked basic amenities like towels which required us to request them each time, and language barriers made it a bit challenging. The rooms are decent but tend to be on the small side.
The hotel had clean and nicely decorated rooms, but lacked basic amenities like towels. The service was friendly and approachable, offering a varied menu. The location was good, near the Great Pyramid but a bit loud. The dining was just okay, and the facilities were satisfactory.
